THE CHALLENGE of RELIGION IN HISTORY

FALL 2009
HIS 6905 Religious History Colloquium
(restricted to faculty and graduate students)
This seminar is intended to establish an ongoing discussion about the methodological, structural, and pedagogical challenges of reading and interpreting religion historically. Students who enroll in this course with be expected to attend all of the seminar sessions and write a short response paper (1-2 pages) [seminar questions]. Readings, when offered, will be made available through course reserves at the Smathers Library. A complete bibliography for the whole session will be linked to this page.
